Meet Faye

My name is Faye Hounsome, I have been a therapist and Supervisor for many years, primarily within the NHS Talking Therapies Service. I also work for two Universities as part of their CBT Postgraduate course team, delivering lectures, supervision and assessing the work of CBT Trainees.

I have a specialist interest in trauma-focused therapy and mindfulness-based interventions, but I am experienced and qualified to work with a full-range of anxiety and depression disorders.

Treatment is evidence-based and tailored to the individual to help you to take control of your mental health and wellbeing.

I am dedicated to providing the highest quality therapy services and as such I have ensured that I am fully accredited and maintain the standards of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and the British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches (BAMBA).
